I didn’t know if the question was to modify the the function so that you get 7 as an output so I did that too. For the this one the answers were slightly difference, which makes sense since the numbers were smaller.
  3. With the Matthews houses data the model seems to predict that one bedroom equals about .3 to .4 difference. With this info, the house with 4 bedrooms a the price of at 289k seems to be the best deal, while the worst deal is the 4 bedroom house at 399k.
